Please enjoy these desktop backgrounds. Click on each image to view. The easiest way (PC based) use them is to click on the image to open it up in the browser, right click on the image , the contextual menu should appear then "set as background" (note: not 'set as desktop item'). For Firefox users you have to go one more step.... first...when you right click "view background image" then right click "set as background image". The Firefox web browser will give you a picture of a desktop and the option of sizing, by default it is stretched so you will not have to change anything.
Mac computer owners can save the image by holding apple/control then click with the mouse, a mini menu should appear, then save the save picture to a folder or desktop and follow your computer's instructions on how to set a desktop background using the image. Russell has recently introduced backgrounds with subtle regions to help you organise your files - check out them out - for your convience only some backgrounds. Please note when the image opens up some may be larger than your screen - scroll down to the bottom to 'close' the image or use the mouse to go to 'next' on the right.
Each image is designed for 800x600 / 1024x768 format ie 4:3 ratio. You may have to stretch the image(note: this is generally set as default) , depending on how your computers desktop is set up. Check the properties by right clicking on any open space on the desktop and go to 'properties' at the bottom of the list.
